One of my associates from the Florida Panhandle just called me - he was so excited to tell me about this Beach Resort & Condominium Development which will be located in Panama City, Florida. How Could I Say No?

One of my associates in the Orlando area asked me to help her out. She has a direct tie to the developer on a Pre Construction Project. How can we say NO when we have such a large group of people (like yourself) who are interested in pur Pre Construction Opportunities? My associate describes this as a "don't miss out" Pre Construction Opportunity - so here are the details......

First of all, this a Condo-Hotel in the 0rlando area. This is a "brand new" condo-hotel for us, not to be confused with "another" Orlando Condo Hotel that we are also promoting.

Condo Hotels are enjoying tremendous popularity in South Florida.
Condo Hotels are one of the hottest real estate markets today.

Whether you plan to use it as a 2nd home, vacation home or strictly as a cash flow investment, the opportunity is yours to enjoy.
